As fall starts to come around we tend to go out and get warmer drinks. Weather it's Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Chai, or Herbal Teas. There are many different types of teas all around the world, but which one is good for you? Well, it depends on the circumstance
Sickness/ stress
if you have a flu/cold fever these will be the best for that. Peppermint tea, ginger tea, sorrel tea, (Hibiscus Tea). All of these are packed with antioxidants and vitamin C. these teas can also help your immune system and give you a boost when fighting these sicknesses. it is also great for stress as well as green tea.
Throat Health: this if for when you have a soar throat, or when you need to publicly speak or sing.Green tea, throat coat, lemon turmeric tea, are all great options. they have ingredients that takes care of the inflammation in the throat, so when the time comes that you need to say something you won't sound hoarse or sick
