Hello Again!
i don't know about you guys, but it has gotten very chilly in North Carolina. Your skin starts to get dryer around this time, because of the temperature change and lack of moisture in the air. i will tell you a few tricks to help me stay moisturized throughout the colder season.
1. Use Shea Butter
Shea butter is a great lotion to use on your body. It acts as a kind of barrier for your skin. You apply it into the skin it makes your skin feels smooth. it is the best for dry skin and has many other benefits. We do sell whipped shea butter, which is not as hard as regular shea butter. we even have scents, coconut and lavender. go check out our online store today!
2 . Maintain a regular skincare routine
skincare is very important for hygiene. skincare is more than just rinsing your face with water, you need a good cleanser and a good moisturizer especially if you have skin conditions like acne, dry skin, white heads, and others. Turmeric soap is really good for a face wash (we also have this in store and online!) depending on your skin type (oily, normal, or dry skin) shea butter may or may not be a good face moisturizer, because it is loaded with oils and for people with oily skin.In my next blog i will go further into how to have a proper skincare routine and what you need to use for your skin type
Thank you for reading! Until next time! <3
